Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to cancel any item, you must do so within 24 hours, as most of our items ship out within 24-48 hours, and sometimes the same day. If item is shipped out before cancellation is made, you may return the item once it is received.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any item, it must be returned within 3 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in unopened and original packaging. Any return shipping fees will be that of the customer’s responsibility. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns will be inspected before issuing any credit.

I understand that some items cannot be re-dispensed, therefore it may not be returned or exchanged (i.e. incontinence products, personal care items, anything open or used). Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Star Medical Supply must be notified within 24 hours of the set up if any equipment is defective. In the case of defective equipment, an exchange will be made for the defective item.
